Customer Care

Customer satisfaction is important to me.  If you believe the item you receive is not as described, is of poor quality, or damaged, then please contact me immediately.  As items are posted by recorded delivery there will be a tracking number provided to you.  I request that you contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item should any of the above apply.

I am happy to discuss personalising items or taking on commissions.  Please email me or make contact via the contact form for a chat.  Such items will require a 50% deposit and the remainder prior to posting.


Personalised items, once approved by photo, cannot be returned unless damaged in transit, in which case, a claim will be made with Royal Mail.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.
